Cancellations
Policy
A deposit of 50%
of the nightly room rate for each night booked will applied to
your credit card. As a guarantee, on your reservation. This
deposit fee is applied as a credit on your bill when you check
out. 7-day notice required for cancellations or change in length
of stay. Change or cancellation with less than 7 days notice
will incur 75% charge for the duration of the reservation,
unless we are able to rebook your room. |

For safety
reasons and to ensure an enjoyable stay, we request that guests
refrain from smoking in the house and we welcome children over
the age of 12. Check in 3:00 pm Check out 11:00 am
